Red Flags — Act Now

  • New anisocoria ≥ 1 mm with ptosis or diplopia
  • Fixed dilated pupil after head trauma
  • RAPD with acute vision loss
  • Bilateral non-reactive pupils with decreased consciousness

If any red flag is present, escalate per medical protocols, and align with pediatric PAT/ABCDE guidance.
